The ZLINE Legacy RA48 delivers professional-style cooking capacity in a 48-inch freestanding dual-fuel range. Its gas cooktop provides responsive flame control across seven burners, including a dedicated fish burner, while two electric ovens provide the flexibility to bake, roast, broil, and prepare multiple dishes at different temperatures.
The main convection oven offers approximately 4.2 cu. ft. of space and the secondary oven adds approximately 1.8 cu. ft., for 6.0 cu. ft. combined capacity. Landscape oven windows, triple-layer glass, aluminum mesh sealing, dual lighting, and StayPut hinges support visibility, heat retention, and smoother door operation. The stainless-steel body and heavy-duty cast-iron grates are designed for daily kitchen use.
Seven hand-crafted Italian burners range from lower heat for simmering to 18,000 BTU for high-heat cooking. An LP conversion kit is included for qualified professional conversion where permitted. This range requires a dedicated 240 V circuit and professional installation. Verify gas configuration, ventilation, anti-tip protection, clearances, and local code requirements before installation.
