The ZLINE Autograph Edition RAZ-36-G combines a six-burner gas cooktop with a spacious electric convection oven for professional-style cooking at home. Its high-grade stainless-steel body, polished gold knobs and handle, cast-iron grates, and Landscape oven window make it a statement appliance while the dual-fuel design gives cooks responsive flame control and even electric-oven heating.
Six hand-cast Italian brass burners provide versatile heat, including a powerful 18,000 BTU front burner and a 4,500 BTU burner for lower-heat cooking. The 4.6 cu. ft. electric convection oven fits pans up to 27 inches wide and uses circulated heat for more consistent baking, roasting, and broiling. Triple-layer glass, an aluminum mesh seal, dual halogen lighting, and two smooth-glide ball-bearing racks support everyday usability.
The range has adjustable legs for an installation height from 36 to 38.5 inches and includes an LP conversion kit for qualified professional conversion where permitted. It requires a dedicated 240 V, 60 Hz, 15 A circuit with a NEMA 14-50 four-wire plug system. Professional installation is recommended; verify gas type, ventilation, anti-tip protection, clearances, and local code requirements before installation.
