Cook with real hardwood-pellet flavor and automatic temperature control using the Z GRILLS 1000E. This large-capacity outdoor cooker combines grilling, smoking, baking, roasting, searing, braising, barbecuing, and char-grilling in one pellet-fueled system. Fan-forced convection circulates heat through the cooking chamber, helping create even temperatures without a separate rotisserie.
The digital control board automatically ignites the pellets, feeds fuel, monitors internal temperature, and manages the shutdown cycle. Set the cooking temperature anywhere from approximately 160 to 450°F and let the controller maintain the cook while you prepare the rest of the meal. The 20 lb. hopper is sized for extended cooks, and the pellet-purge and ash-cleanout features simplify changeover and maintenance.
The three-tier rack layout provides approximately 1,060 sq. in. of total cooking surface, including a 432 sq. in. main rack and additional upper and warming racks. Use the available space for family meals, multiple racks of ribs, briskets, poultry, vegetables, or batch cooking. Operate outdoors only, keep the grill clear of combustible materials, and follow the owner's manual for pellet, electrical, cleaning, and shutdown requirements.
